ISG105 Introduction to Watches

This course will provide the student with a foundation level introduction to watches and the watch markets. The course description includes:

  • 6 Lessons
  • Foundation for a career in watches
  • History of Watches
  • Development of famous watch movements
  • How to identify various types of watch cases and movements
  • Evaluation of watch quality
  • ISG Introduction to Watches Certificate of Completion

Upon completion of this course the student will be able to:

  • Identify various types of watch movements.
  • Understand the value of watches based on workmanship.
  • Work with a jewelry store watch sales department.

Course delivered through .PDF files on CD with DVD video lectures.
