The International School of Gemology and Chatham Created Gems are proud to present to our ISG Graduates, ISG Students*, Senior Members or higher of the National Association of Jewelry Appraisers, and Jewelers Helping Jewelers members with a special gemstone loan program. This special program is designed to provide you with hands-on experience in the identification and evaluation of a variety of created and treated gemstones. Included in this special loan program set is a variety of the following:

Included in Gemstone Study Set: 20 Gemstones of a variety of types as listed above. Each stone comes pre-identified to help your study.
Time to Study: Each student will have 5 days from the day they receive their set to study the set. On the 6th day set must be placed in return postage with date stamp via US Postal Service Priority.
Cost for Study: $150.00 with a refundable $350.00 security deposit.

Before you order, take our free ISG Mini-Courses: Chatham Created Gemstones and ISG Introduction to Treated Gemstones. Free from the International School of Gemology's Gemstone Academy.These free courses will help you become more efficient in the identification methods for all of the specimens in the Chatham Gem Loan Program. ISG Students and Graduates already have the full ISG Created and Treated Gemstones course.
The ISG/Chatham Gem Loan Program is available to all ISG Graduates, ISG Students* and Senior Member or above of the National Association of Jewelry Appraisers. Gemstone set will include 20 specimens of a variety of combinations of the above created and treated gemstones. Gemstone Sets are limited in availability. We will ship the sets based on the order in which the requests are received. All shipping is via US Postal Service Priority Insured. Student is responsible for return shipping costs.
The Gemstone Loan Program is available only to students in the United States. As the Covid-19 situation lessens its impact on international shipping we will extend this program to all students.
*ISG Students must have completed the Created and Treated Gemstones and the Gemology Tools and Techniques courses to qualify for this loan program.
